FSM Management is based in Bournemouth and looks after properties across Dorset and the wider south coast. We are a hands-on team that knows the area, the guests and the market: which streets book out in August, which ones hold their rate in February.

Good to know

Two things. We fully manage holiday lets and short-let properties end to end for a 15% fee: listing, distribution, pricing, guest communication, housekeeping through our partners, maintenance and reporting. Or, if you already run your own property and simply want more bookings, we list it on the Flexiestays booking platform for 5% and you carry on managing it yourself.
No. The 5% listing plan is open to any owner or operator, whether or not we manage anything for you. You keep control of pricing, guests and standards, and simply gain the extra distribution.
Homeowners with a single property, hotel and aparthotel operators with whole buildings, and investors with portfolios. We manage one apartment or a hundred the same careful way. We do not do block or leasehold management.
Bournemouth, Poole and Sandbanks, Christchurch and across the wider Dorset area, with coverage into the south coast. If you own near the coast, we very likely cover you.
The major channels, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia, plus the Flexiestays booking platform. Calendars stay in sync across all of them, so double bookings do not happen.
On the fully managed plan, yes: cleaning, linen and laundry are coordinated on every changeover through our vetted local partners. FSM does not do the laundry in-house, we run the network that does it properly.
Fully managed is 15% of booking revenue and covers the whole service with no hidden extras. Listing on Flexiestays alone is 5%. A fixed-rent option is available on some properties. The exact rate is confirmed in writing before you commit.
Yes. Block any dates in your owner portal or just tell us, and the property will be clean and ready when you arrive.
